Why are there links in my link directory that I did not approve of?

These links are actually sponsored links and are allowed and placed by our software on the link directories of our free link exchange account members. Such sponsored links help keep our service free of charge and gives you access to our network of around 5000 members. We understand the content/subject of these links may be less than ideal. However in general they are placed at least 3 levels deep into your site and would be rarely viewed by anyone. They are mostly for the benefit of search engine robots. These sponsored links are also agreed to upon registering for the service:

"In return for using our service, you agree to allow certain sponsored text links to be added to your link directory in the appropriate category. You may select not to have these test links added if you upgrade to our advanced plan."

If you would like to use our service and not have these sponsored links appear in your link exchange directory we have an Advanced service that you may upgrade to. In your Control panel click on My Sites. Then click on Site Service Status: Basic Plan (Upgrade). Here you will see the Advanced plan offered for a cost of $10 per month. Upgrading to this plan will remove all sponsored links.
