Agreement
By registering for a GotLinks.com One Way Text Link account, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations regarding our service. Your use of the GotLinks.com service constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below. In addition, our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Recurring Monthly Fee
Payments submitted for one way links will be re-billed each month until you request a cancelation. All link credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle (whether they are used or not) and cannot be rolled over into future months. For example, if you purchase 1000 links and use only 800 during the month, you are still billed for 1000 links.

Text Link Categories
The web pages within your account (where you want your text links to point to) must be added to the appropriate text link category. Web pages added to inappropriate or misleading categories may be edited by GotLinks.com staff.

Disclaimer
This service is provided "as is" and any expressed or implied warranties or guarantees are disclaimed. We make no guarantees regarding an increase in search engine rankings, PageRank or any other benefit over which we have no control.

Termination of Service
GotLinks.com.com reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.
